Mr Anthony Short BPE, B.Comm, Grad Dip Fin, MAICD

Chairman
Mr Short has over 16 years experience in the administration and management of listed public companies. He has extensive experience at board level in the management and formation of public companies in the areas of gold mining, drilling and oil and gas in the USA. He has held the position of Chairman, CFO and Managing Director in a number of listed public companies and has also acted as corporate advisor on a number of public company listings. He and is currently a director of ASX listed companies Regal Resources Limited, Advance Energy Limited, Palace Resources Limited and Odin Energy Limited.

Gordon Sklenka, B.Comm (UWA)

Mr Sklenka has over 15 years experience in corporate finance in the areas of capital raisings, IPOs, acquisitions and project finance in the resources and technology sectors. He has worked with a number of listed public companies in both Australia and Canada and developed extensive experience in company formation, capital raising and project acquisition. He is currently on the board of Regal Resources Limited, Advance Energy Limited, AXG Mining Limited, Tribune Resources NL and Rand Mining NL.

Roland Berzins B. Comm ACPA FFIN TA

Mr. Berzins graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and management. He has over 20 year experience in the mining industry. He has worked as a senior mining analyst for the former BHP Iron Ore Division and has worked for the Mt Newman, Koolan and Cockatoo Island iron ore projects and was part of the feasibility team that investigated Area C and the Deepdale projects in the Hamersley region of Western Australia. In addition Mr Berzins was previously Chief Accountant for 6 years at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd ("Kalgoorlie Super Pit"). For 6 years. Since 1996 Mr Berzins has been Company Secretary for a variety of ASX listed companies, and has also had experience in retail, merchant banking, venture capital and SME business advisory. He is a director of ASX listed companies AXG Mining Limited and Palace Resources Limited.
