Gary Castledine
Chairman
Mr Castledine has over 12 years experience in stockbroking and capital markets. He is a founding director and the head of corporate with Indian Ocean Capital in Perth, Western Australia, a specialist boutique securities dealer and corporate advisory firm.
His wealth of experience has enabled him to gather an extensive suite of clients in a corporate advisory role which has seen him involved in many capital raisings and IPO's across a spectrum of industries. He is currently a Practitioner Member of the Securities and Derivatives Industry Association (SDIA).
As Chairman of Vector Resources Ltd, and with extensive contacts throughout Australasia, UK and the USA capital markets, Mr Castledine is well positioned to assist the board in moving the company forward to deliver substantial growth and opportunity to shareholders.
Mr Anthony Short BPE, B.Comm, Grad Dip Fin, MAICD
Director
Mr Short has over 16 years experience in the administration and management of listed public companies. He has extensive experience at board level in the management and formation of public companies in the areas of gold mining, drilling and oil and gas in the USA. He has held the position of Chairman, CFO and Managing Director in a number of listed public companies and has also acted as corporate advisor on a number of public company listings. He and is currently a director of ASX listed companies Regal Resources Limited, Advance Energy Limited, Palace Resources Limited and Odin Energy Limited.
Gordon Sklenka B.Comm (UWA)

Mr Sklenka has over 15 years experience in corporate finance in the areas of capital raisings, IPOs, acquisitions and project finance in the resources and technology sectors. He has worked with a number of listed public companies in both Australia and Canada and developed extensive experience in company formation, capital raising and project acquisition. He is currently on the board of Regal Resources Limited, Advance Energy Limited, AXG Mining Limited, Tribune Resources NL and Rand Mining NL.
Geoffrey Gander B.Comm (UWA)

Mr Gander has extensive experience in the identification of suitable assets for public companies and any associated corporate restructuring that may be required. Mr Gander holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia and along with his Non Executive Director role at Vector Resources Limited, he is also Chairman of the ASX listed Jupiter Energy Limited (ASX: JPR) and Equatorial Coal Limited (ASX: EQX).
Robert Hyndes B. Comm (Curtin University of WA)

Mr Hyndes has a corporate finance and management consulting background with experience in Australia, the UK and the US. He has provided strategy and consulting services across a range of industries including technology, resources and professional services. In 2001 he joined London based private equity firm Lion Capital Advisors where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and recommending investments for the firm and also had responsibility for transaction structuring and execution. Since 2004, he has worked on a number of international engagements in Australia, the United States and Asia. Mr Hyndes graduated from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Economics and Marketing.
Roland Berzins B. Comm ACPA FFIN TA

Mr Berzins graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and management. He has over 20 year experience in the mining industry. He has worked as a senior mining analyst for the former BHP Iron Ore Division and has worked for the Mt Newman, Koolan and Cockatoo Island iron ore projects and was part of the feasibility team that investigated Area C and the Deepdale projects in the Hamersley region of Western Australia. In addition Mr Berzins was previously Chief Accountant for 6 years at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines Pty Ltd ("Kalgoorlie Super Pit"). For 6 years. Since 1996 Mr Berzins has been Company Secretary for a variety of ASX listed companies, and has also had experience in retail, merchant banking, venture capital and SME business advisory. He is a director of ASX listed companies AXG Mining Limited and Palace Resources Limited.
